La Guija is a beautiful house six km from Ávila with 900 meters d garden private. Cozy living room with a fireplace and heating, with radiators throughout the house. Master bedroom with 1.35 another bedroom with 2 beds down and another 2 beds up . Bathroom. In summer, an above-ground pool. Large barbecue and gazebo area with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Pets are allowed. 300 meters from the house, there is a paddle tennis court and a free municipal summer swimming pool for guests staying in Guija.

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Welcome to Las Gemelas, a charming country house located in a quiet village with a quarry tradition, just 12 minutes from Ávila.
