And a futon in the family room makes this lovely property a wonderful spot for a weekend at a working farm or just to visit beautiful Waco and the Silo District or Baylor Football. The home is situated on 100+ acres that features two lakes on the property and Tradinghouse Lake across the road. Within 20 minutes of the Silo District in Waco and 15 minutes to Baylor. 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
