Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

came in town for a funeral and never felt more at home while traveling. I thought it would be weird starting at a working ranch where employees are there working but it wasn't in the slightest. we are planning on coming back for 4th of July weekend. wonderful host. if you stay here and have problems, I can promise you that it's you cause everyone we interacted with was really friendly. thank you so much Deborah.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy family in a beautiful setting while we were in town for a wedding. Kids caught a few fish, and deer turkey and beautiful birds spotted every day. Very spacious. If we are ever going to be back in the area we will absolutely stay again!
