Very nice apartment in the city center close to the beach and circus and a minute's walk to shops. Ground-floor apartment, no stairs, and no issues with the water cutoffs that are well known in Saidia during the summer. Spacious, new, modern, air-conditioned, and equipped with everything you need, including mosquito screens for your comfort, located in a very quiet area with free parking. Family accommodation, a marriage certificate is mandatory for Moroccan couples.
