Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Marrakesh

We stayed 1 night here before we headed home & it was ideal for a short stay. Check in was a little long winded as you have to write down passport numbers names & addresses of everyone in the party whilst drinking tea on the terrace. (we were arriving earlier than check in time & had asked to drop our bags but our rooms were ready early which was an unexpected surprise, but Bouchra talking on the phone about past guests did delay our trip to jardin marjorelle) Breakfast was lovely! original decor was nice but finishing touches could be improved ie we didn't like the polyester blanket on the bed -not very breathable for sleep so just slept with a sheet it was better to be a little cold than sweaty. our airport transfer was organised by Bouchra which was very handy! overall a good place to stay for the price

Nous avons passé 4 jours au Riad. Rachid, Mou et Youssef nous ont très très bien accueilli. Rachid a su nous recommander des endroits fabuleux et s’est même chargé de réserver pour nous. Nous remercions également Samira et ses petits déjeuners délicieux et variés : fruits, yaourt maison, pains et pâtisseries locales, œufs, thé, café, jus d’orange frais…. Le Riad et les chambres sont magnifiques, identiques aux photos. Ilest situé à deux pas de la place des ferblantiers et entre 5 et 10 minutes de la place jeema el fna. Nous reviendrons 😊

After staying at many Riads during our trip to Morocco, we could say this was our number 1 Riad! Location was perfect, the Riad itself was a dream, so well preserved and the staff wow wow. Hakim, who works there gave us the best of recommendations, sat down with us and explained us the whole map of the city and just helped us solve any issue we needed. This is the kind of place I would save to recommend to friends !

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

Je recommande ! Super accueil Mary et Frank prennent le temps pour s'assurer aue tout se paase bien et nous donnent des conseils. logement très propre et malgré au'il n'y ait pas la clim le logement reste plutôt frais (vous avez un ventilateur à dispositions si jamais). Le personnel du riad sont tous très gentils et contribuent à la qualité du lieu. Enfin, le quartier est un peu pauvre mais est pas si mal situé et vous n'avez pas à craindre d'insécurité.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay! We were able to organize a ride to and from the airport through the Riad, including help carrying our bags between our room and the pickup/drop off point. The staff were very friendly, always responsive, and made great tea!

Ein unglaublich schönes Riad mit toller Lage! Der Service war wunderbar und die Räumlichkeiten makellos. Wir bekamen zwar ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht, allerdings übertraf dies unsere Erwartungen total. Wir waren positiv überrascht und sehr begeistert. Das Zimmer war riesig und luxuriös. Alles war sauber und einladend. Wir konnten uns sofort wie Zuhause fühlen. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants, die immer einen Platz für uns (auch ohne Reservierungen) hatten. Jedem, der Marrakech besuchen möchte, würde ich dieses Riad ohne zu zögern empfehlen. Für uns war es die beste Entscheidung und die perfekte Wahl!

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

Alyson's place was everything we could have hoped for during our time in Marrakesh! Despite being right in the middle of the medina, it was very quiet and felt like an oasis from everything happening outside. Everyone who worked there was lovely and made us feel so welcome to be there. We especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and the breakfast every morning. Of note, the ground floor room does not have much of a sound barrier from the courtyard, but for what we wanted out of our stay that wasn't too much of an issue. Overall, a great experience!

Eine große Empfehlung! Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet & das Frühstück super! Aziz gibt tolle Empfehlungen und Hilfestellung bei allen Anliegen. Wir haben uns durchgängig sehr wohlgefühlt.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. (Super walkable, too :) ) THANK YOU, FATIMA AND MAMA ♥️ We love you both.

It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the rooftop and the cozy riad. We really loved that they haf included breakfast but obly missed some eggs. Besides this, it was very perfect and the guy at the reception was very helpful and kind!

My stay with Yassine was great. I stayed in expensive Riads before but now I wonder why. This stay was excellent and Yassine was very kind and helpful. A big 10!

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay - the Riad is like something from a fairy tale... There is a big courtyard where we could take meals, a lovely little pool and so many rooms and places to explore. Also, some very friendly cats to hang out with! Our room was so nice and it was serviced quickly every day. It was a little bit of a walk from the main part of the old city, but we liked that - it was quiet and away from the busy part of town. That said, there was loads of the local shops and life to see just outside the door. So overall, highly recommended and a lovely place to stay!

Un véritable havre de paix à quelques minutes à pied de l’effervescence de la place et du souk. Un Riad traditionnel, calme, simple d’accès et très propre. Un gros plus pour le personnel agréable, serviable et flexible. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir. Merci infiniment.

We had an amazing stay in the riad, the location is insane, the room was clean, breakfast was very nice (especially the spiced coffee) and we asked for dinner one time, which was great as well. The host Islam was amazing, super helpful, easy to reach and he even helped us print our boarding passes. Altogether, I would definitely stay here again!

The Riad was beautiful. we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but we still had a good sleep. We also tried their hammam (couple) and was the best! Location wise is excellent: Quiet & safe, walking distance to Koutubia Mosque, Jemaah El Fnaa Square. The staffs (younes & soumia) were friendly and accommodating to our requests, they ensured we were comfortable. Hospitality 5 stars!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden zum Taxi gebracht und auch wieder dorthin gebracht, alle waren stets bemüht und haben uns sehr umsorgt. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, einzig zu erwähnen wäre, dass es kein Schloss hat (steht aber auch in der Beschreibung) etwas dunkel und sehr hellhörig ist, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage des Riads ist zentral, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.

The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

The place was amazing and beautiful. I would recommend it. The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable is that in the morning when there is someone having breakfast at 7am you can hear everything and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, it was very close to the Center and a lot of shop. So definitely a good choice.

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité : l’appartement est agréable et très bien situé. Un grand merci à Hala pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ! Elle prend vraiment soin de ses hôtes, allant même jusqu’à rester avec vous au téléphone jusqu’à votre arrivée si besoin. Toujours à l’écoute en cas de nécessité, elle sait se montrer présente tout en étant discrète. Mention spéciale pour ses deux adorables boules de poils, Leo et Candy, deux chats très doux et affectueux. L’appartement est idéalement situé : supérette juste à côté, boulangerie, marché, pharmacie, plusieurs cafés et restaurants… Et si vous êtes véhiculés, Marjane est accessible en quelques minutes seulement. On est rapidement proche de tout. Merci encore Hala pour ton accueil chaleureux ! 👋🏻😊 Prends soin de toi et de tes chats.😻

Le logement était en adéquation avec nos attentes, tout le monde a était très gentil avec nous. Le petit déjeuner était juste ce qu’il fallait. La piscine chauffée aurait été un plus. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour à la Villa AYA.
