Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Come getaway to the country; the house is surrounded by acreage and has an area surrounding the house for your fur baby/ies; it is not fenced but there is a fenced 10x12 area. There is a stock pond in front of the house which is open for your fishing pleasure (Blue Catfish and Crappie). There is a large porch up front, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset and spending time slowing the pace of life. Minutes from downtown and close to local attractions. Wifi (hot spot) and Roku provided.

To top it off, you can unload your boat at the community ramp just outside to the right. If you're not a fisherman, you can still enjoy the sunshine while getting a much needed R&R. The bungalow has been recently updated with new floors and a kitchen designed to grill the day's catch.

Unlike hotel stays where you have to interact with multiple hotel staff & guests at the G Ranch you interact with zero staff or other guests. The listing is a private stand alone property.
