Where to begin—Maud and Simon were absolutely wonderful hosts. From the very start, they helped us plan our trip, offering invaluable advice on navigating Paris and getting to Épernay smoothly. Simon even went the extra mile by collecting our luggage, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The gîte itself was perfect—beautifully maintained and ideally located for exploring the Avenue de Champagne. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our stay. We would absolutely love to return!

We spent 3 wonderful days at Corinne and Albert's, the hosts are very nice and always respond to messages. The house is wonderful and very clean, thank you for the delicious cookies and sweets for the children and the dog bone:) the area is quiet, peaceful, a very good place to relax in the fresh air and walk in the woods:) we will definitely come back

Christian is a very welcoming host. The cottage is cozy, clean and well equipped (kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen...). We would recommend this listing 200%

Very helpful host. Apartment location is walking distance to Sacre Bistro (if you’re looking for great champagne list) and short walk to train station. I have been visiting Champagne region for few years now and also can say that finding Uber in Epernay has became easier.

We had a lovely stay at Ludivine’s place for a girls trip to Reims. The location is great, central but quiet. It’s very spacious and nicely decorated. The communication with the host was very smooth and we had good recommendations from the host as well. I’d highly recommend Ludivine’s place if you wanna stay in the center of Reims.

a great stay, too short to enjoy the activities in the surroundings (came for the Champman triathlon). If we have to come back, I hope this accommodation will be available as it was so nice.

When we come to Reims we always stay here. The view from the window is amazing at night. Host is very helpful with everything. Unique and historical building. Walk everywhere.

An exceptional place in all aspects. The entire property is carefully decorated and the garden is a haven of peace. The area set up for the jacuzzi was perfect: atmosphere, setting, light, small room with bathrobes and towels so you don't have to go through the whole house. Excellent! The reception room was an undeniable +, I couldn't have imagined a better place for this evening. Fantastic family house in Champagne region! A real gem - has everything you need, is modern, spacious, secure and clean. Only regret was we should have stayed longer!

We are absolutely delighted with our stay! the accommodation is impeccable, the pool really nice, and we enjoyed the billiards/ pinball/ darts ect! Philippe made us a good wood fire before we arrived, the accommodation was very hot and the atmosphere was very pleasant 🔥 Great hospitality, and really great breakfast with local produce. We were very well surrounded by our friends the animals 🐱 🐶 a real pleasure! see you soon. ☀️
