The room is just right for 8 people. the aircon is really cold. The restaurant food is really delicious but make sure to preorder so they can prepare it in time for dinner. The location is great. we love the pool with slide. all our requests and issues are immediately addressed. Will definitely stay here again if i ever go to Bataan.

We stayed here for a while since we needed accommodation close to MAAP. Our family appreciates the host for being quick to respond to our questions and the caretaker for being so attentive to our needs. We had a nice stay.

It's our 2nd stay at Evans appartment and it's always good. The place is good for families, clean, has all the things we need and the surrounding is clean and private. Evie was also very responsive and accommodating of our requests. Will definitely book this place again.

We had a great stay. The place was so beautiful, very accessible to the malls & Restaurants. The room is clean and everything you need is in there. Our check in and check out went smothly and Ms. Dee was very accommodating. Highly rcommended for those who want to travel to bataan. Thank you.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay at an affordable price that is 10mins away by walk from public market, plaza and church. The place was complete with all the kitchenwares and appliances which are functionally good. While our stay was great, we did notice that the sliding door in the second floor could use some improvement. It wasn’t as smooth as expected, but it’s a small detail that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you and will definitely book again.

The entire family was greatful that we found this place during holiday season. Romeo and the team where good in communicating and reaching us out to our concerns. We will definitely coming back soon! However, there are few things that can be improved on; *they should specify what they have for kitchenware and tableware. As per our group of 20pax, I dont think they have an adequate kitchenware/tableware for our group. But on a good note, they ended up buying us extra disposables plates/cups/plastic spoons etc. *theres a huge floor mounted AC on their living area that has an additional fee if used. I would like to suggest to include that fee on the rental of the house and avoid additional charges on top of rentals and deposits. *the house itself was well designed, well lit etc. I just have a good words for the entire place. But, I just hope that they will maintain it well by cleaning it thoroughly. Toilet bowls, faucets and some corners were starting to build-up some stains.

This cozy place was exactly what we needed — clean, peaceful, and fancy, it’s warm and welcoming, and the bed was super comfortable. but came in bug season. Ms Marylen was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Perfect for family . We’d happily stay again.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay! The place was spotless — incredibly clean and well taken care of. Relaxing and quiet surroundings - we all felt right at home. spacious parking space. Everything matched the description - as how it looks like on the pictures. Mam Carmel is very responsive host and friendly. She and her husband are very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay!

10000/10 Sobrang sulit ang stay ng buong fam and wedding crew namin. Perfect sya for wedding prep dahil malaki ang place and yung enviroment maganda mag picture. Kumpleto sa gamit, wala ka ng kailangang dalin. Pasado sya sa panlasa ng kaibigan naming architect. Ganda ng pagkaka gawa at ng design ng bahay. Salamat po kay maam jenny sa walang sawang pagsagot sa mga request namin.

Definitely worth the price. 💜💜 The place is clean and is the same with what was adverised. The pool is big so it can accommodate large groups. They also have fast wifi, netflix, disney+ and karaoke. In addition, all the three (3) rooms have their own bathroom. This is really a big plus. Furthermore, the staffs on the ground are all approachable and are willing to assist in anyway they can. Lastly, I would like to add the kindness and responsiveness of the host. For every concern I had, she’s replying promptly. And she really made the place very comfortable for her guests. 💜💜

We went to Bataan for a funeral and the place was just perfect. We felt energized after our rest. The hosts were very accomodating to our needs. Loved also our dining in the patio area
