Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.
