OurGuest Quarters are like a modern hotel room, 100% separate from our house. Two entrances, both are double french doors with blinds inside the glass. Back doors lead to the huge patios and beautiful pool. Front door leads to a small patio and parking. From the car to the door is about 12'. It has a microwave, mini fridge, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, toilet room & bathroom with brand new shower and vanity. It has a very comfortable bed. it is 240sq.ft. WOW, new gorgeous ceramic tile floor

Beautiful 3 room apartment in upscale, gated community close to Paddock Mall w/ easy access to restaurants, WEC, HITS, Springs, State Parks, etc. Owners live onsite opposite pool across from the suite. Our peaceful neighborhood has oaks, owls etc. Suite is clean & comfortable with private access & opens to pool & walled courtyard patio area. Kitchenette provides simple cooking with skillet, etc. but no range. Master bed has queen bed with own TV and there's a large TV in living area.
