With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Walk down the path to your private boat dock and spend your day fishing, skiing, hiking, kayaking, boating or just swimming and relaxing in the crystal clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake. Then relax in the evening at this beautiful house overlooking the water. Grill your daily catch on the commercial gas grill or smoke it in the smoker. There is a fire pit that you can sit around and tell stories about the day. Games and movies to enjoy as well.

Bring the whole family to this 14-acre slice of heaven just (3) bends upstream from the White River confluence and (4) miles from Ranchette White River AGFC access nestled on Crooked Creek, Arkansas’ premier blue ribbon smallmouth bass stream! Fish, swim, snorkel, sit out on the deck and enjoy nature with this secluded log home. If you have more than (12) guests, please contact host as we will always try and accommodate! We now have STARLINK WIFI for the best internet available on the creek!

The historic "Commercial Hotel" is one of the original Bed & Breakfasts in Cotter that dates back to 1903! This is the oldest standing building in Cotter and fully renovated. You are renting the entire building and will have exclusive access with no shared spaces.
