Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

We have just spent 9 days as a family of 4 at Xavier’s rental and it was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It’s exactly as described, super clean and comfortable and Xavier was an excellent host. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

Villa oli erinomainen, näköala todella kaunis. Lähellä myös hyvät reitit vuorille (Castellet de Calp ja Monte Toix Mirador) joista avautuu hienot maisemat ja kiipeäminen on kaiken vaivan arvoista.. Allas todella hyvä ja puhdas. Autolla Calpen keskustaan ja rannoille lyhyt matka. Lämmin suositus kohteelle, sekä Calpelle että huvilalle🫶

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Top huisje voelde ons er heerlijk thuis. Taxi was wel nodig voor het strand. Super lekkere ontbijt plekjes in de buurt

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Morgens den ersten Kaffee mit freiem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu genießen ist nicht zu übertreffen. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Meer was auch wunderbar ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, das diese tolle und frei zugängliche Lage auch sehr viele andere genießen wollten und das auch bis spät in die Nacht. Da wir sehr gerne spazieren, konnten wir alles in Xabia von diesem Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen. Seit Jahren ist das Aqua am Strand unser Lieblingsrestaurant, was gerade einmal 15 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus selbst ist herrlich traditionell und steht damit im hervorragendem Kontrast zu den vielen Wohnungen und Häuser auf AirBnB, die extra für eine Vermietung eingerichtet wurden sind. Allerdings sind die Bilder schon etwas älter und an der einen oder anderen Stelle wären Instandsetzungsarbeiten sinnvoll. Aber alles zusammen betrachtet hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Dir Teresa für ein paar wundervolle Tage.

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Het huis is gelegen in een rustige en veilige buurt, op een heuvel met wijds uitzicht over de zee. Het perceel is ruim, heeft een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en heeft diverse plekjes en terrassen om te zitten in de zon of schaduw. Er is van alles aanwezig om er prettig te kunnen wonen. Het zwembad is heerlijk ruim en schoon en de kinderen konden gebruik maken van het aanwezige speelgoed voor het zwembad in de garage. In de ruime waskamer in de garage is ook alles aanwezig de was te kunnen doen. Er is goede wifi aanwezig. De 2 badkamers zijn netjes, ruim en schoon. De keuken is een klein beetje verouderd maar bevat meer aan keukenbenodigdheden dan wat je zou verwachten. Alles voor een ontspannen verblijf!

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

Sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Pool Sehr sauber und für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte die Einliegerwohnung im Obergeschoß mit separaten Eingang für sich alleine. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück - durch Schiebetor gut abgesichert, allerdings verweigerte die Automatik für das Tor nach 1Woche den Dienst, also per Hand auf und zu machen. Außerdem verläuft vor dem Grundstück eine Straße die in der Woche doch häufig befahren wird , auch weil in unmittelbarer Nähe die Müllcontainer stehen. Der Strand ist in 15-20min fußläufig bequem zu erreichen . Die Costa Blanca bzw. die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind sauber und breit, so dass in der Hauptsaison genügend Platz für alle ist. Aldi, Lidl, Consum sind mit Auto in 5min erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir in 1 h in Valencia aber auch in Alicante, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Sehenswert auch die umliegenden Städtchen wie Denia, Altea, Benidorm usw.

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit ruime en lichte huis met een absoluut adembenemend uitzicht. Koffie in de ochtend met dit uitzicht… geweldig! Het huis is rustig en privé gelegen, op een zeer ruim perceel. Door de ligging heb je zeker de auto nodig om naar winkels en restaurants te gaan, maar dat wisten wij en we hebben genoten. De airco’s in de slaapkamers werken heel goed, heerlijk in de warme en vochtige zomernachten. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren snel, inchecken supereasy.

Perfekter Ausblick am schönsten Strand

Tout s'est très bien passé durant notre séjour. La maison est très jolie et propose trois chambres, à proximité immédiate du centre ville de Javea.

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay! The highlight was definitely the stunning view—absolutely breathtaking. The patio was perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and it really made the space feel like a true getaway. The bedroom did get a bit warm at night, especially during the hotter evenings, but the hosts provided a fan which helped keep things comfortable. Overall, a peaceful, scenic spot that we'd happily return to! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Don't hesitate to book this amazing villa, you won't regret it! Perfect layout for our family (3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 upstairs, all ensuite) meaning ample space and privacy. The villa is incredibly well equipped and clean meaning we could just settle in straight away and begin our holiday! Lovely quiet area with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Although we had a car which meant we could travel further afield and explore, it really isn't a necessity. The pool area is fabulous, with gorgeous seating areas to enjoy family meals. The pool is quite deep, even at the shallow end so be aware of this for kids (I couldn't really stand up to hold my little one although I am very short!) The host Maria was superb, very friendly and responsive. Everything was just lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to return to both the villa and Moraira.

Het was in 1 woord fantastisch. Nog veel mooier dan op de foto’s én erg schoon! Stefanie reageerde meteen ze was heel lief en betrokken! Huur auto is wel een must! Wij zijn van plan hier vaker terug te komen!
