This is a beautiful apartment, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The building is new and very well maintained. Wendy is friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. It has secured parking underground and it’s in a great position to explore the local areas. A really good find, thanks Wendy .

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio, con todas las cosas necesarias. Bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y también tiene cerca un tranvía que te lleva a muchos otros lados. Muy recomendable!

Unos dias Genial, empezando por Maria que es una afritiona TOP 1, desde el mini 1 nos ayudo en todo y nos explico todo muy bien. el piso tiene mucha luz y podimos ver el amancer sentados en el sofa, tiene una vista perfecta! la playa muy bien porque tiene poco olas y muy poco profunda, ideal para los niños, tienes un paseo para caminar. Maria nos dio una guia de que hacer y donde explica todo sobre el piso. tenemos un trasteros con silla y todo para la playa, lo que ayuda mucho a no tener que llevar tanta cosas en el coche. La cocina full equipada. Toalla y sabada limpias y perfecta! Las camas y colchones perfecto. Maria muy flexible tambien en la hora de salida. El piso es amplio y muy bien distribuido.

Excelente apartamento, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Decorado con buen gusto. Bien surtido con el menaje necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. El calor no es un problema gracias al aire acondicionado centralizado y la presencia de ventiladores de techo, muy cómodo, la verdad. La urbanización destaca por una estupenda piscina y jardines. A pocos minutos andando de la playa de la Punta del Raset (muy limpia y agradable). Muy bien ubicado para ir al centro de Denia o al puerto. Una maravilla la comunicación y el servicio que dan Raúl y Rocío, muy muy profesionales y a la vez cercanos y amables, con mucha iniciativa y proactividad. Sin duda, nos hemos quedado con ganas de pasar unos cuantos días más en su apartamento y esperamos volver el verano que viene.

I absolutely loved it here! I spent 2 months in Alcoy as a school internship and I chose this airbnb. Very good overall, view is so good and location are 5/5. Only downsides would be no oven/airfryer and some of the pans were not capable with the stove, but these are long period problems. I highly recommend this AirBnB and city!

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

El apartamento está genial. Está perfectamente equipado, con todos los detalles que puedes necesitar. La terraza es un plus para la estancia. Cocina muy grande y acogedora. Ubicación perfecta, la lado de la playa y muy cerca al puerto. Totalmente recomendable.

Зупинялись у помешканні у червні. Краєвид з балкону чудесний. Квартира чиста, прибрана. Посуду більше ніж достатньо. Зворотній зв'язок відмінний. У близькому доступі магазини, кафе, море.Однозначно рекомендую.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement. Il est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la plage, le quartier est calme et facilement accessible La maison est très jolie, bien agencée et la présence d’une Clim n’est pas négligeable La piscine était également parfaite Très bonne communication avec Paula qui s’est montrée serviable et très réactive à nos demandes Je recommande totalement la maison Un grand merci à Paula pour son accueil

Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Maravillosa estancia en Oliva Nova.Una casa recién reformada, preciosa y muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado por conductos en todas las estancias. La zona exterior estupenda con un porche , jardín y piscina los cuales los hemos disfrutado a tope. Muy cerca de la playa y de un carrefour exprés.Zona muy tranquila con poco ambiente pero a nosotros no nos ha importado. Lo peor , la cantidad de mosquitos que hay por la zona, pero a base de repelente lo hemos sobrellevarlo bien. . Los anfitriones siempre atentos y amables. En resumen un alojamiento súper recomendable, para repetir 👌

Nuestra estancia en Javea ha sido increíble, principalmente gracias a Inma, desde el primer momento nos recomendó lugares para visitar, como llegar a ellos y los mejores trucos sobre la zona. Una anfitriona espectacular. El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías que comparte y tiene todos los servicios que describe. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad de volver la elegiremos de nuevo. La limpieza 10/10.

Daniel and Alvaro han sido muy buenos anfitriones. Hemos disfrutado de todas las instalaciones en nuestra estancia. Mis hijos estuvieron siempre entretenidos con las instalaciones deportivas, el parque y la playa al cruzar la avenida es un lujo! Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones. Volveremos!

I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property
