Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

The stay was perfect. The description of the apartment and its amenities were very accurate. The apartment has board games and books, making it suitable for families with children. The location is ideal, close to Poniente beach and close to restaurants and nightlife areas. It is very quiet and suitable for a good rest. I recommend it 100%. I would definitely go back on another occasion.

Our family (5 members) really enjoyed the stay. The house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable and pleasant experience. It has four spacious rooms, each with its own TV. The living room is very welcoming and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook without hassle. Also, there are three full bathrooms, which was very handy for us. The main bathroom cistern is quite noisy, but having two more bathrooms available, it was not an inconvenience. The location is very good: you can walk to the center and several points of interest. To the beach, you can easily take a taxi. During Semana Santa we find parking without a problem in the surroundings, both in blue and white area. There are many shops nearby, which makes the area very practical, as well as being safe and cosmopolitan. Stella was a great host, very friendly to welcome us and always attentive

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it was all we needed. The location was fantastic, easy it to park a car, away from the business of Calpe and the little walkway along the coast to the beach and the center was spectacular and much faster than the street. The kitchen is well equipped so easy to make small meals. The only thing that can be improved are the mattresses in the smaller bedroom as they are very hard with springs. The double bed was very comfortable though. We highly recommend the apartment. Be prepared to pick up the keys and drop them back from the center of Caple which is about 20 min walk.

We have enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We were there with my parents who are over 70 years old and it was very comfortable to have the beach less than 5 minutes walk away. The wonderful pool with few people. The apartment had everything you need, minus "kitchen towels". Fully recommended, we will be back with pleasure.

House of 10. With everything you need to spend a few magnificent days, there's no shortage. The pool is super good and the area very quiet. Great key pick up and drop off and very good treatment. Can't wait to be back.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends, really liked the house and was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We had a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom each which worked really well. Right in the heart of the old town so was nice to have a 2 min walk back from the bars when we were out late! Can get a bit noisy from the street at night, but slept well using ear plugs.

Great house, with perfect family accommodation. Three bedrooms upstairs on same level as kitchen / living room / terrace / dining area and one downstairs. Very well equipped overall especially kitchen, would have loved a bbq but made use off the plancha instead. Close enough to plenty of good beaches both sand and rocky. Great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very responsive when we called and responded quickly when needed. An example being was we had an issue with a hob that wasn’t working. We phoned and within 15 minutes somebody came to check it. As it couldn’t be repaired immediately we given a replacement counter top hob that did the job - excellent service! Easy walkable distance to shops, beach and restaurants. The pool was fantastic. We had a lovely holiday.
