Guests can enjoy the Charente countryside, as paths are directly accessible on foot or by mountain bike. Townhouse with garden and private parking on La Rochefoucauld. Renovated basement house on the upper part, access is by a few steps. The accommodation is easy to access, close to shops, restaurants within 5 minutes' drive. The accommodation consists of a large living-dining kitchen area, a bathroom with a separate toilet and two bedrooms with a 140x190 bed. Bed linen PROVIDED, bath towels NOT PROVIDED. Keys handed over by me between 5pm and 7pm

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

We are happy to welcome you to our studio above our workshop at our home, located 5 minutes from La Rochefoucauld. It has a private entrance, we put the keys at your disposal in a code box to leave you free of your schedules. You have a 140 bed with comfortable bedding + 80×180 bed, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. A garden table is at your disposal under the fir trees as well as outdoor games for children.
