In front of the condominium there is a supermarket that makes it easy for those who want to cook or make basic meals. Second time we rented the space. Few places in Marília with 3 bedrooms. Everything clean and organized. We fully met. Parking spaces can be a difficulty if you have a large car.

Easily accessible location, shopping, pharmacies, race track and supermarket nearby. The bus station is very close, which made it very easy for me, cozy studio and warm shower water. I just have to thank Mr. Cássio and his wife. I'll be back soon

The space is well lit, well ventilated, close to the pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, hiking trail, etc. The building is excellent, it has a laundry room, gym and a room to work.
