From the residence, you can reach the city center by connecting walking and cycling paths (about 2.5 km), by city bus (stop about 240 meters away from the residence) or by a short car ride. The nearest beach (Algrundet) is about 1.8 km away. In the immediate vicinity there is a small marina, grocery store, kayak rental, playground, fishing shop, nature areas and walking paths.

Very quiet and undisturbed location at the cul-de-sac overlooking the entrance to the port and the daily ferry traffic. Mariehamn's popular and most beautiful walking trail just below the terrace. Large parts of the apartment have been renovated in the fall of 2024.

You can reach the beach within a few minutes with car or 15-20 minute by foot. With a big king size bed and a sofa bed you can comfortably sleep 4 people. An extra bed can be requested if needed. Laundry and sauna is available in the house and is shared with other tenants.

Enjoy the sauna, BBQ on the terrace, indoor dining, or sunset views from the balcony. Bedrooms are upstairs for undisturbed sleep. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional 25€ per person. For cleaning, you can either leave the house as you found it or opt for our convenient 150€ cleaning service.
