Welcome to a bright and modern home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Mariehamn. The house has an open floor plan between kitchen, dining area and living room, three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with sauna and hot tub. There is also a laundry room, toys and a playhouse in the garden. The forest is just around the corner. The balcony with outdoor furniture is suitable for both breakfast in the sun and evening hangouts. Perfect location, in the middle of Mariehamn, swimming area and shopping center very close. Parking for two cars.

You will be close to everything when you stay at the house. Everything is newly renovated and in good condition. You rent the whole house. We want guests to be at least 25 years old. The house has a large lawn and a terrace with outdoor tables and chairs. 4 cars can be parked in the yard. Car charger (11 kilowatts, more powerful than usual) is available to use for free. Rented and fresh bed linens and towels (one large and one small) are included in the price. You make the beds you want to use. In the basement there is a sauna.

The apartment seats three people with an extra bed/baby bed. The city bus stops 75m from the house. Pets are ok, a cleaning fee applies.

For cleaning, you can either leave the house as you found it or opt for our convenient 150€ cleaning service.
