The accommodation is well located, close to the village and not far from the beach and restaurant (less than 10 min). The accommodation is functional and as described. Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating checkout time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

Claude-Bernard is a very warm and friendly host. He knows how to put his guests at ease, welcome them, and accommodate them when certain requests are made (especially on arrival/departure times, which he was able to make flexible for us). The Pierre & Vacances atmosphere is really an asset that allows you to have a pleasant holiday environment (swimming pool, activities, dance party, etc.). I recommend 😄

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool views, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is a great host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beach.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence for visiting Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we suffered several consecutive days of total water outage (recurring a priori in Saint Francis especially during heavy rains) the accommodation had non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets so it was necessary to supply drinking water but the owner was willing to take care of it, this situation tarnished the stay but not of course because of the owner but because of the structure of management of the local water distribution. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

Our stay at this place was just perfect! The cottage is ideally located, offering both tranquility and proximity to points of interest. The concept of cottages is very well thought out, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. Congratulations on the attention to detail! Your wife and the whole team are remarkably kind and available, which went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. And what about the sunrise at the tip of the Castles... it was simply magical and unforgettable! In short, everything was perfect, and we leave with stars in our eyes. We recommend it without hesitation and hope to be back very soon. Thanks for everything!

Philippe and his team (I forgot her name) went out of their way to help us get in the accommodations on very short notice. She was there to let us in and explained everything we needed to know as she showed us around the house. They thoughtfully left a fruit basket, bottle of Rum, coffee, tea, etc for us. Great experience!

An impeccable and beautiful villa! The pool made our kids happy. We could walk to the beach from the nautical base, small markets, Super U, pharmacy, bakery, and even the Raisins Clairs beach (a little further). The villa was extremely well-equipped. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had and we were greeted by Patrick who gave us some great tips about the villa. Thank you so much! We hope to be back!

There's nothing missing from this villa. A very well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, space on the terrace and pool, and above all a view that's hard to forget. Access to the boat cove directly from the bottom of the property. The bungalow is also nice (below the house) The villa's eccentric location requires a 1.5/2 hour drive to Basse-Terre but we had chosen tranquility over location (and the entire east and northeast part of the island is very close) Perfect communication with Stephane.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

We spent eight days with two adults and two children (10 and 13 years old) in the accommodation – and I must say: The house was simply fantastically beautiful, we didn't miss anything! From here you can easily reach all the beautiful beaches on Grande-Terre. The excursions that Marie offers together with her husband are also highly recommended. We did the tour to Îlet de Caret with a ride through the mangroves – from the first contact to the excursion itself, everything was perfectly organized. The house is superbly equipped, nothing is really missing – and the pool is simply great! We can 100% recommend Marie and her place!

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Accommodation with exceptional sea views. The apartment is more than well-equipped, you would think you were arriving at a hotel, everything is so clean and complete. There are even bath towels, a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo,... and the kitchen is really super well equipped. Our kids really enjoyed the beach toys. We had the pleasure of having an aperitif, fruit and breakfast essentials. Eric was very flexible with our arrival time. We recommend it 100% and we'll happily be back.

I liked Joelle's place a lot. Everything you need is available and the view is just great. The surrounding area is also very beautiful. I booked my next stays with her directly.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
