For those who enjoy hiking/biking the house is 10 mins. from Fraesfield and 20 mins. from Tom’s Thumb Trailhead, both have amazing trails. We are approx. 35 miles from Bartlett Lake Marina. For the golf enthusiast we are close to Verde River and Troon Golf Clubs which are approx. 10 minutes from the house and Grey Hawk is 25 mins away.

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

We are a working horse ranch with direct access to nearly 2.9 million acres of the Tonto National Forest. Excellent area for mountain bikers, star gazers, photographers, hikers, golfers and overall nature lovers with an adventurous heart. The views and open sky will not disappoint. But don't let this area fool ya', we've still got all the amenities and luxuries that Scottsdale provides. World class golfing, shopping and dining await. Oh and spas...don't forget the spas!

We are also 3 miles away from the Downtown Glendale Historic district which offers shopping and many unique dining options. This area is jam-packed with tons to do! From catching a movie, a comedy show or a sporting event, this area has it all. You will always have plenty to do.

Our clean, cozy bunkhouse will make you feel like you’re in the country yet close to everything: spring training camps, malls, theaters, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Major freeways within 3-4 miles. Centrally located within a few miles of Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler. 20 minutes to airport. No pets please.
