Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Everything was excellent to the point that we decided to stay longer again

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

Enzo and his mom were very friendly, they were always attentive, they waited for us with a rich snack and soft drinks. The house is nicer than in the photos, with all the comforts and in a nice area (quiet and close to shopping, 24 hours, etc.)

I had already been there before, I chose it again because of the good location and at the same time it seems to me a very comfortable and complete place. The place is always impeccable, and they're also very flexible with schedules!

Attentive, proactive and extremely gentle host, well located property, safe and clean, the reception was great, clear and objective instructions, super indicated!

The house is very nice and with quite comfortable for the 12 people, the kitchen has all the cutlery and the tennis court is in excellent condition

The building is beautiful. The view is wonderful. The pool was divine. The area is super quiet, ideal for walking in the afternoon and evening.

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

As a discerning client, I found this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve is to check the air conditioners, especially the one in the living room, it didn't cool much. At 30 degrees it was barely bearable, but if it were in summer with more than 40 degrees, as it is in Paraguay, I would have canceled because of the heat, especially since the sun shines all afternoon.

A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

The apartment is very nice, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the location is very good, minutes from the shopping area in Asunción, very safe to leave the vehicle and quiet.

Guys, I cannot recommend Rentu Rent enough. Eugenia and the team are honestly the best Airbnb’s house that I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed in this apartment for a month and they made sure I had everything I need from extra towers to toilet paper to kitchen towels, two extra pants and basically everything I asked for. Their service is top notch, and I definitely found my partners for stays in Asuncion . 10/10 would recommend

Estadia was great. The condominium has a very good structure and the apartment matches the photos.
