This charming gîte is situated amidst vineyards with beautiful views. It was completely renovated in the year 2023 and equipped with every luxury and comfort to make your vacation unforgettable. Those who like to enjoy, silence and beautiful nature are in the right place. The building is divided into 2 residences separated by a hedge with enough privacy and space. My girlfriend and I live in the other building but are often absent due to work and show all respect for your privacy.

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

Ideally located between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, in a green environment, come and discover this pleasant 63 m2 accommodation, adjoining but independent of our house. It is on one level at the edge of the swimming pool, which you can enjoy from June to September or even October depending on the weather (unheated). You'll feel like you're alone in the world, surrounded by nature, lulled by the song of cicadas and birds. We accept guests with a pet.

A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.
