House on a 100 m2 floor located on a quiet street in Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (SENSEO), open to the living room including a living room. Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

The house is located a few hundred meters from the town center. It is spacious, old-style, with rustic furniture. Free parking is available in front of the house. Nearby are the Lakes (Lake Dienville, Lake Der, Lake Mesnil St Père) and its beaches, the Lakes bike path (42 km path), the Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, the Joa Lac du Der casino in Giffaumont, and the circuit of half-timbered churches.

On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

We are pleased to welcome you to our small cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
