I stayed with my husband and two children in the 5 villa for 5 days and we were very happy. The house is exactly as pictured and described: spacious, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the pool and a beautiful beach. The sea in front of the building is low and rocky but walking a few meters there is a sand area for a simpler entrance into the water. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning useful during the night hours. A few minutes away on foot there are a couple of great restaurants, while the first supermarket is a 15-minute walk away but with Grab you can get around the island very well. Renate was very helpful in providing us with local directions and contacts in addition to arranging the service to and from the airport with a trusted driver (cheap compared to Grab). Overall a great vacation!

We spent 3 nights in the villa and we enjoyed it. The villa is absolutely beautiful, we enjoyed the pool. Communication with Annie and Sikarin was very smooth. We were told about a festival that was 300 m away and that might cause noise but we went there to enjoy the atmosphere. In addition, it was really very bearable. What more can I say, except that I will definitely go back if I have to go back to Maenam (near the beach and seven eleven)

It is highly recommended to rent scooters. You can park it there perfectly. Not every Bolt driver goes up the mountain. A minimum of €10 per bolt/grab ride is to be expected. Storm is charged according to Verbrach. €100 per week is expected with normal consumption. There are only two bedrooms in the house itself. The three other rooms are spread out in the property. The pool and views are beautiful. The staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. Every request was met for us!!! They even hung curtains especially for us. We were there clearly before check IN time and were provided with a room to freshen up and sleep. I highly recommend this place and the landlord!!!! The house equipment is very comprehensive.

This home allows you to open the accordion glass doors and hear the waves and feel the sea breeze all day. Since it’s on the north coast, you can see the sunrise and sunset each day. You can walk out without shoes and stroll along the beach to one of the great restaurants facing the sea.

Such a fabulous house and communication was perfectly clear. Only issue we had was the air conditioning that didn’t work in 3 bedrooms very well. But Orawan moved some of the guests to another location to assist. Staff were terrific and food was excellent. Thanks for having us.

Amazing stay! The villa is beautiful and so clean. Great location but just a minute walk or so to the street so it’s nice and quiet. We would definitely stay again. Parichat was very accommodating and we extended our stay by an extra night too which was perfect. Thank you so much again! :-)

We stayed in June at Villa Obsidian. The villa is stunning, better than the photos. Had a ball in the pool in the evening, so nice to have such a large space for the whole family to enjoy and also have space apart. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable! Best villa we have ever stayed in by far. Felt super luxurious. Thank you Wanida.

We had a nice 3-week stay at this beautiful villa with our small baby. The space was perfect—comfortable, private, and fully equipped smaller kitchen but great for cooking meals for the baby and breakfast. It really made traveling with a little one so much easier. Beds were great, firm (new) mattress. We did have to buy some amenities such as shower gel/shampoo, but we didn’t mind. The pool was fantastic—clean, peaceful, and great for relaxing, also it is being cleaned twice a week, so very well kept. Philipp was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. When we had a minor issue with the AC, he took care of it right away, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout our stay. The location was great for us, very quiet, private but still within walking distance to convenience store and small cafes. Overall, this villa was a perfect home away from home, we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone—especially families looking for a peaceful stay

Very good stay! The view from the pool is beautiful, Jean Luc is very responsive in messages to help and he provided us with the contact details of a taxi van (there were 8 of us) that transported us during the stay.

LITERALLY the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Was just as beautiful as the pictures, the house itself was spotless, and the view was genuinely incredible. Every amenity listed was also perfect (air-con etc). I can’t think of a single thing that could’ve been better. Yun and the team were amazing, helpful at every single stage of the journey, from pickup and drop-off to helping us out with anything during the stay, and the whole team were so so friendly and accommodating. They even dropped off a painting we’d bought and accidentally left at the villa to our next hotel!! I’d also recommend using the driver Yun recommended (Nicky) - super friendly and gave us some recommendations on a market which we went to and loved (Fisherman’s Market). Yun was kind enough to mention that there was some building work nearby when I booked, but we couldn’t hear it over our phone playing music so there was no problem at all there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay to quickly get into the action and explore the island! The cottages are very cute and rather traditional. Price-performance is really great! We found it a bit too loud, but the many cats in the complex were a big plus! Our child loved it very much. The beds were too hard for us and warm water didn't really work, but it wasn't that bad with the temperatures. We extended again on site, without problems! Clear recommendation!
