The house is located between Le Mans (24 Hours cars, motorcycles, trucks, Cité Plantagenêt, Papéa Parc) and Alençon (Normandy region, Cité des Ducs) and 8 minutes from the highway. Enjoy the banks of Sarthe, discover the Alpes Mancelles, atypical villages, castles, lakes and forests. Our fully equipped house is happy to accommodate business travelers. Shops nearby (2 km). On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The Atypical

L'Atypique is a small charming house, recently renovated with love. It is located in the center of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, on a very quiet street, 18 minutes' walk from Vivoin train station, 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit and 25 minutes from Alençon. It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard.
