25 m² studio on the ground floor, a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 3-minute walk to the banks of the Seine. Its mezzanine will win you over. It is located 17 minutes from the Rouen Exhibition Center, 25 minutes from the Kindarena, and 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, on Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (fairground). For security reasons, a camera is located in the outdoor lobby.

The Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat).
