The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with a great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just a note, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. My stay at Ízi's apartment was great, clean, cozy apartment, not to mention the beautiful view of the sea. Everything was perfect, super organized. I intend to go back again and again.

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

The best apartment I've ever stayed in, it's just like the pictures, the host Arthur took care of the smallest details, and the tips given for tours and restaurants were very useful. I don't think there's a better place on Praia do Morro to have breakfast with that sea view, it was the best days we had. My wife and I left the place happy and with a feeling of coming back.

The apartment is just like the photos in the listing, well-equipped with kitchen items and very comfortable. It is in front of Castelhanos beach, which is very nice and beautiful. The host is kind and friendly, as well as the caretaker Cristiano. Both helped us with tips about the place and the region.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
