Great, cozy place, a stones throw away from multiple shops, restaurants, staff were great, especially the security personnel who were very courteous. Highly recommended for small families, will definitely put on our list of great places to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

I love pico de loro i love the place everything i need its all provided its so clean and thank you kay sir Al sa pag assist samen sa mga amenities sa pico we enjoy the beach club a lot. If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

The place is so clean, near stores when you need to buy foods. Easy access going to tagaytay proper. It is really to the events place that we need to go. Also Leo is very responsive when we need to ask something.

We love this unit! Great location, good view of Taal. The place is so clean, smells nice and my family had a good night sleep. Highly recommended and will choose this again in the future.

Malinis at maaliwalas yung unit, tahimik din kaya nakapagpahinga kami nang maayos. Malakas ang internet, may Netflix pa kaya enjoy manood. Kumpleto rin ang gamit sa kitchen kaya nakapagluto kami. Sakto lang din yung rate—affordable and worth it. Maayos at approachable yung host, mabilis kausap. Smooth and comfortable yung stay namin. Thank you po, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Maricris' unit. The room was very convenient, and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. The lanai was a great addition as well. The communication and prompt responses from the host were much appreciated, and the staff at Verdin were incredibly friendly. The food fair nearby was an added bonus, offering many dishes I’ve missed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I loved everything about it.

The place is clean, complete utensils and appliances and has a good ambiance. The owner and caretaker is very responsive and helpful. We booked this late at night but still the owner responded quickly. Will definitely book again.

The place is good, it is clean and well maintained, the location is very private and quiet, the host is very responsive and considerate. The only thing that gives us a little inconvenience is going to the beach because it would take a 10mins ride from the place and there is no access to a cottage where you can put our things and also no cr and shower room.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Scenic location, it offered perfect blend of comfort, style and nestled in a peaceful location. The cabin itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy interior. Overall, a relaxing escape from metro manila. The host was equally amazing! Responsive and committed to make sure out stay was perfect. Every detail, from check in to check out was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with luxury, privacy and charm, this is it. Highly, highly recommended!

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is comfortable, clean and quiet. The down stairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for our elderly mother. Easily accessible for those who have a hard time getting around. The furniture was also easy for her to sit in and get out of. Highly recommended for those who have elderly traveling with them. And the upstairs bedrooms were so quiet and comfortable. Ma’am Aileen was very helpfull and kind, she made sure we had everything we needed! We hope to come back! Salamat po!

We had a really great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The Patricia Mae was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was also great and peaceful but not close to shops and roads going there are bit narrow. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.

My friends and I had a great time during our stay in Arczai. Modern and minimalist interior with an amazing view from Taal. Worth every penny. The hosts are really nice as well as kuya nhadz. Highly recommended!

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Angelo was very responsive; he never missed to respond to my neverending queries 😊. Everything went well, his caretaker and colleagues were helpful as well. The place is exactly how it is from the photos. Unit was really accessible and it's a plus that it was just located at the lower floor since we have seniors who aren't a fan of elevators. 😊 The bestest and well coordinated host I've encountered to date.
