Perfect for families with children or a larger group. The beach is 10 meters from the exit of the stairwell. Nearby are cafes, bars, and a large Spar supermarket open all year round. Parking space is available on the premises. Important information about work on the facade of the development. The pool is closed until August, but we have another, much better pool nearby.

Close to shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Close to Cabo de Palos and close to very beautiful protected areas such as Calblanque and Calarreona. Ideal for sports lovers.
