The house is dreamed of. Super big and comfortable. He was just super helpful and was always available to answer any concerns. More than recommended to stay there. Of all the houses I saw for 10 people, this was definitely the best.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Each room with its private bathroom. There are no neighbors which makes it very quiet. The grill is roofed and is out, so the asado smoke does not come in and is never suspended due to asado rain. The park is beautiful, full of swallows. Ocean views are a dream. Paola's service is perfect, it helps you with everything. It's really vacation like that. It's definitely going to be our coastal home every time we go.

The apartment is on the top floor of a very modern building with a very good view. Access from the elevator to the apartment is private, you don't cross paths with neighbors !!. It is very comfortable and very well equipped. The garage is super easy to park in and it is a modern building with 24-hour security. A few blocks away are all the big food chains on Alem Street and in minutes you get delivery if you don't want to go out and look for something to eat. I'd definitely come back.

Excellent place to rest a few days, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour from downtown Mar del Plata. The cabin is just as you can see in the photos, super comfortable and clean. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and communication with Grisel (Damian's wife) was excellent. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back soon!

The place is awesome, super calm, the home beautiful and save. Rolando is very nice, he was all the time attending our question. Paula, who helped us with the instructions of the home is the best, she was super nice with us and ours dogs. Super recommended.

Excellent loft to stay in Mar del Plata. A few blocks from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and in a quiet area. It is ideal for 4/5 people. Very spacious, comfortable and complete. The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Very comfortable house in the middle of the Peralta Ramos forest. The house is super functional, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. Air-conditioned, it's impossible to be cold, and we had cold and rainy days. Everything worked perfectly, we felt right at home. We'll definitely be back. We spent 4 wonderful days and absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view from the kitchen was especially beautiful — it made every meal feel extra special. The host was responsive and welcoming. Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

Carla's house is quality, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees, the sound of nature is all the time with one. If you like La Paz and nature is ideal, there are many places to shop nearby and nice restaurants. The outdoor space is ideal for enjoying a few days in peace. We'll be back without hesitation.
