Tim's Place, Tim's stead. #2 This is the second story of a simple Wannabe house handmade by a host who majored in architecture. The second project focused specifically on Dining Experiences. It's a house with a large kitchen for cooking together, a table for 10 people, a bed that guests can rest comfortably, and a house filled with the romance of inviting friends to stay up all night and talk comfortably. While it is suitable for a small party room as it can accommodate a large number of people and has convenient transportation, it is a place where, on a quiet morning, you can walk through Gyeongui Line Forest Road with your pet, explore nearby restaurants during the day, enjoy busking on the way home, stay up all night at Hongdae streets, then afterwards relax in the cozy house. Being a house designed for residential use, the furniture, fixtures, and home appliances where well thought out. And I always thought of comfort rather than glamour. Now relax at Tim's Place instead of Tim!

Hi! This is Sam from "Samstay". Our accommodation is a legitimate business legally registered with the Korean government. Our accommodation was cleanly remodeled again in January 2026. Our guesthouse is a 4-minute walk (300m) from Hongik University Subway Station Exit 1, so it has the advantage of very convenient transportation. You can walk to Yeonnam-dong Cafe Street or the downtown shopping area of Hongdae. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area, so it is quiet and pleasant. There is a convenience store right in front of the accommodation, so it is very convenient. There are also restaurants right next to the accommodation where you can dine. And there are many unique cafes and restaurants in between. The accommodation is quiet and cozy, and it is located near the vibrant culture, pretty cafes, and many shopping streets of Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided.
