Apartment located near the center of the city, with all amenities nearby: pharmacy, restaurants, shopping malls, medical clinic, hardware store, among others. Also, close to cab line or public transportation. It has all the basic services. Gas, water and electricity without inconveniences. Yes, there is WI-FI. NO TV. The space has living room with furniture and dining room, kitchen and services, one bedroom with double bed, and two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for six people.

Magnificent, Extremely Comfortable, Well Located

The apartment has all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home, solar backup in case of power cuts, very fast WiFi, hot water, very well decorated, gated community, surveillance, 1 min from the Metropolitano Stadium and 5 Aguilas Blancas sports complex, the place par excellence for concerts, shows, sporting events, soccer games, etc. A 10-minute drive from the Venezuela de Antier, a few meters from restaurants, groceries, butchers, bakeries.

I've already done a lot of trips through Airbnb, and Mr. Francisco has been by far the best host I've rented with. The place is extremely peaceful and beautiful, it has spacious spaces and is just as described in photos. The cordiality and willingness to help from Mr. Francisco is worth highlighting and has some plans for improvements in the house that we were very excited to come back soon. I have no complaints or observation to make of the place, it was exactly what we were looking for that gave us the atmosphere that we went for on the trip to Mérida, I would not stay anywhere else when I come back. With nothing to add, I invite everyone to enjoy being able to experience the enriching experience of spending a vacation where Mr. Francisco and reconnect with the beautiful nature surrounding the home. While at first we thought it would be something away from the city, it definitely ended up being the added value, as privacy and feeling in the middle of the Páramo was 👌🏽👌🏽

An unforgettable vacation, the cabin as expected by my relatives and me, a place in truth for relaxing and enjoying. Mr. Jacinto's excellent attention, we really didn't want to return. I hope I can go again.

Raquel is a super host, always attentive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations on what to visit. The condominium is private, comfortable, quiet and easily accessible. Adriana and Gabriel excellent hosts, the attention from the first moment was A1. The area where the house is located is super quiet around very nice houses. The house is beautiful, has many social spaces and is perfect for large groups and family. I would stay a thousand more times with my family. I highly recommend them and wish them to continue like this. Thank you for everything!
