We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

The stay was wonderful! We loved Buenos Aires and the apartment was part of it, the photos were the same and the location was great! An important point for those coming from Brazil is that it is necessary to bring a plug adapter because it is not available in the apartment, but there is an extension that can be used! The place is amazing! Very well located, in a region where you can enjoy most of the sights on foot. The apartment was very clean, very well maintained, and it's super cozy.

Gabriel is an exceptional host. Always willing and attentive to every detail before, during and after the stay. If the accommodation is always impeccable, the kitchen is super complete and with extra amenities that are not usually found elsewhere. The room is very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless upon arrival. I'll always come back!

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a backyard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the guys. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There's a supermarket almost on the corner. Anyway, the house was a comfort for everyone. I'd definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Great location, close to everything, comfort as described. First floor apartment by stairs, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, living room with table and armchair bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. Very bright. Martin was always attentive to our questions. Highly recommended!!!
