Vacation rentals with beach access in Manuel Antonio Beach

First of all, Itzá (the property manager) was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to provide us with local recommendations and excellent care. She also gives a discount to guests for her massages on the beach which are the best I have had in my life. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and we even had monkeys and butterflies visit us in the mornings.

Karina and her husband's are lovely people and they gifted one of the best coffee that I had in Costa Rica. The location is convenient and close to the bus station and other restaurants and stores. Going to Manuel Antonio Park is super easy from here. Disclairmer: Unrelated to the airbnb itself Quepos is not a safe town, being out after sunset poses great risk of being mugged, specially in the areas nearby.

Beautiful setting right next to the national park. Easy, quick walk to the beach or park entrance depending on which way you turn. Plenty of good restaurants around as well. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Several convenience stores within a short walk for food and drinks. Would definitely love to stay here if visiting Manuel Antonio again. Andrea was wonderful with her messages and making sure all was well.

This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

Our stay was so comfortable, it was a gorgeous high end casita with so many thoughtful amenities (we were the middle one of three that are stacked down a hillside below the main host house). Each one offers something different, the deck, windows and surrounding views are so expansive. You are nested in a rainforest valley and can see the ocean from the shared pool. There was an amazing welcome package, our hosts were so responsive, the kitchen and bathroom are so well stocked! Diana made us cookies and spoiled our children and us with laundry access. It’s a very homey feel, with easy conversations and SO friendly and welcoming as the pool is attached to their home so they have people coming and going from their space. They have future expansion plans that sound amazing and this place is very beautifully designed and luxurious! It was a great stay and find!!!!! We highly recommend it-kid friendly and our kids loved the pool and goats! Note- it’s a steep road in so 4x4 is needed.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Roja! Scott was a great host and very communicative. The house is in a perfect location with a wonderful semi-private beach just a few minutes drive down the road - this ended up being a highlight of our trip! There was a resident family of capuchin monkeys right outside the open air living room which my kids loved. The home was right near the Manuel Antonio Park entrance and the concierge Wai was very helpful setting up our guided tour in advance of our stay. The wildlife at Manuel Antonio was incredible - within an hour we saw sloths, monkeys, frogs, lizards, snakes, toucans and scarlet macaws. There are lots of fun restaurants within walking distance of the house with amazing ocean views (however we found it easier to drive with 2 kids, and parking was easy to find). It was great to have a washer/dryer and daily housekeeping - the house was spotless and very well maintained. Overall we had an amazing trip!

Not only was Mariana a phenomenal host, her home and surrounding area was exceptionally beautiful with the most amazing views. It was peaceful and private. We would be lucky to have the chance to stay at Mariana’s and would choose it again and again! The pool was an absolute hit for the kids and adults! Mariana was attentive and went above and beyond! It was very cozy and especially a place to rest. We felt right at home and everything was super tidy and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen was super-equipped and the pool was perfect

Super convenient location, grocery store steps away, well stocked house, great outdoor space, love the outdoor shower, and most importantly—the property manager was lovely! She was so responsive and helpful.

Like so many others have said, do not hesitate to book this! This destination is absolute paradise and the villa was fully equipped to make our vacation perfect. Perry, Paola and Flory are the most gracious hosts and provided a luxurious stay. Flory's breakfast is a must as well as dinner at the Supper Club. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, the shampoo and conditioner provided are delightful. The beach is endless and the sunsets are magical. The pool was refreshing and the pool basketball hoop was a huge hit with our boys. We can't thank you enough for the special memories made at your villa!

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was impeccably clean and everything was very well organized, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host's care and attention to detail is evident. The place had a very pleasant atmosphere.

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

I requested for a 3 BR 2 BA - this was for my sons and me. This is what’s left of our family. We were provided with two units of 2 BR and 1 BA each. This meant that we had to split up. Further, the listing describes the location as having “Beach Access/Beachfront”. The closest beach is 4 km away and is accessible only if you get into a car and drive. Property description was extremely deceptive. Also check in process was miserable. He sent his wife who can’t speak a word of English. This will be the first time in my entire time I’ve used Airbnb - that I’ve struggled to communicate with someone who had no clue as to how to communicate in English. It was a very frustrating experience.

Loved this space for our Costa Rica trip. Very conveniently located. I saw monkeys and a toucan right outside of the unit. The instructions were very clear on where to park and how to find the unit.

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Great location. Fabulous views and very comfortable stay in Manuel Antonio

This place had a spectacular view. I saw Macaw Parrots flying and there were monkeys around as well. Rayna was easy to communicate with and even helped by picking me up from the first hotel I was in. She also was able to get groceries delivered to me that evening, which was great. There are many activities on offer and Rayna can help with some of those. She also ordered me food in when I wasn't up for going out at night. The area is very hilly and it's steep! I didn't know, so be aware of that. There are places to eat that are walkable but again, be prepared for hilly walking on narrow roads. I found a scooter place and rented a scooter to get myself around.

My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to the national park and the beach, as well as several restaurants and bars. Our gps said we were there before we arrived-You’ll be turning on beach park trail rd that may not look like a road you can drive on, but it is.
