Sunbeam is a luxury 2 bedrooms garden with pool villa. Spacious, clean and have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs(Special design-the bathroom is underneath the bedroom-It is not recommended for these guest: special needs people, elderly, pregnant woman, kids/toddler) Guests have full exclusive access to the entire villa. The villa features a full kitchen setup for our guests convenience should they prefer to prepare their own meals. Otherwise we can also provide catering service.

Bukit Cempaka (Frangipani Hill)

Bukit Cempaka or Frangipani Hill is a 20 acre oasis located atop a hilltop with views in every direction and a short distance to the beaches below. Access is via a steep gravel driveway where I recommend a 4WD vehicle. Draw the curtains and you are looking across the South China Sea to Pulau Kalambu. Electricity in Sabah is poor in country towns . There can be times when the A/C and water pump cut out. If you can work with these conditions you are welcome to book
