Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.
