Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

The attic apartment on the Parkinsel in Ludwigshafen am Rhein is a real highlight. It was freshly renovated in 2023 and equipped with a new kitchen and new furnishings, making it a perfect place to feel at home. The apartment is located on Parkinsel, an idyllic green space located in the middle of the city. Here you can enjoy the benefits of the city while still being surrounded by nature.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.
