I had a great stay at this place. The location is very convenient – it’s close to Mannheim Central Station and the Wasserturm, which made getting around easy. There’s also Luisenpark nearby for relaxing walks, and EDEKA is just around the corner, which was perfect for grocery shopping. The kitchen was well-organized and fully equipped, which made cooking really easy and enjoyable. Suna, the host, was kind and responsive throughout my stay – I really appreciated her helpful communication. I had a very pleasant experience overall and would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

Friendly nice host who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house was worth its weight in gold. Downtown is within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy and very flexible, which was problematic with my work assignment. All in all, I can recommend the place and with the kindness of the landlord, that makes it pretty easy. I loved staying at this accommodation. It is bright, light, and quiet. The king size bed is super super comfortable. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
