This cozy self-catering cottage is nestled in our back garden. It is ideally situated 6km from the Manyane gate of Pilanesberg National Park. It is fully equipped and can sleep up to 3 people sharing. There are emergency lights, a gas stove and a gas geyser to make your stay more comfortable during load shedding. There is a private BBQ/braai on the small verandah for you to enjoy. The swimming pool in the front garden over looks the Pilanesberg mountain providing a lovely view. Enjoy it.

The cabin for 2 is build from natural stone and balanced on an 80 m high cliff overlooking a valley covered in trees and a mountain in the distance. The cabin has luxuries such as air conditioner, fireplace both in and outside, rock pool and jacuzzi on the edge of the cliff, open air shower and a bath overlooking the valley. Aloe Rock Cabin is well equipped with 220 v electricity, geyser, stove, microwave, gas barbeque, fridge, freezer and all the things needed for day to day catering.

The entrance of the lodge is framed by natural stonework, featuring a backlit sign displaying the lodge's name. Glass doors provide a glimpse into the interior, while surrounding trees enhance the natural setting.

Wonderful place to stay. Shelley and George make you feel at home. Calm environment and lovely room. We will definitely be back.

A lush green lawn is surrounded by tall trees, providing shade and a serene environment. Two rustic chalets with thatched roofs are visible in the distance, alongside a shadowy area, creating a peaceful retreat in nature. A spacious open area is also present, inviting relaxation.

Marita's is awesome. I had a wonderful time with family from abroad. Her brother was soo friendly and gave us a good game drive on the property. They have a wide range of animals on the property. Definitely going back there in the near future.

Ed was agreat host who made local recommendations and provided info on Botswana travels as well ! Part of the friendly Groot Marico community, highly recommend a stay here

The place is secure and the room was beautiful and very clean! The host was there, available to answer any of my questions! I particularly appreciated the fact she was able to organise transport for me - I was going to Sun City for an overnight event and she arranged that for me at a very reasonable cost. Also, when going there, if you put the name of the guest house on your GPS, you can easily locate it :) All in all, I enjoyed my short stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here, so beautiful and peaceful. Hosts were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t have been more than accommodating with lovely little touches such as the strawberries, fresh fruit and some fizz on arrival. Thanks so much again! 😊

A well-maintained outdoor area features a spacious driveway with a grid of large concrete slabs surrounded by gravel. Two windows with decorative grilles are visible on the gray exterior wall of the building, along with a neatly trimmed shrubbery and a few small plants.

I don't have to say much....you need to check it out yourself. Clean, tidy and super cost effective for the area and service. Kgano and his Mum are very nice and helpful...responsive, chatty and ready to help at anytime event during early hours of the morning. Will definitely stay there over and over again.

Tayla's Airbnb is located in a safe area close to Pilanesberg National Park. It is well-equipped with everything one might need during their stay. Tayla is friendly and very welcoming, personally greeting us at check-in and giving all instructions.
