I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Me and my husband super love the place and we had a wonderful stay. Our trip to Manila was extremely convenient, memorable and unforgettable because of the great place. The unit was as describe, very clean with the terrific view of Manila bay. Everything was perfect and we wish to be back. Great deal, great place, stunning view and the area has everything you need- near the Robinsons Mall with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around plus easy access to anywhere you wanna go.

The Airbnb hosts were absolutely amazing as well as warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. I stayed at Areens the first few nights i had in the Philippines. it was a great place to stay ... easy to get there from the airport ..check in was easy with 24 hour security. it was a very safe locations with lots of walks / restaurants and shopping centres I would highly recommend

Amazing little oasis in the perfect location close to everything. Food, shopping, vibes! The condo was perfect for me travelling alone and working remotely. The space had a lot of personality and wasn’t just a boring room. Internet was fast. Smart TV had Netflix and a comfortable couch to watch from. Team was very responsive and answered promptly. Building security was super chill. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Makati! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Jeff’s place was clean and had enough space for us family of 3. It’s closeby to shopping and restaurants, and there’s a convenience store just right by the lobby. Jeff communicated well with us and was flexible with our late check in. The caretaker, Sylvia, was friendly, responsive, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. I would probably recommend a handwash in the bathroom and additional toilet paper as we didn’t have a full roll at all. I would recommend Jeff’s place for its cleanliness, value for money, proximity to everything, and the ease of finding it for Grab drivers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

I stayed at this place with my thesis group so that we can be early for a defence in the morning. For this and similar purposes, this place is ideal—might book again for such reasons in the future! PS. Basically the entire penthouse floor is yours; you can smoke on the roofdeck.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Avant at the Fort! It was very English-friendly, had great staff, and was very safe. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the host was wonderfully communicative, so I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. The location was amazing! There were many convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance. It is also close to the luxury shopping area, Bonifacio High Street. It is so convenient to not rely on taxis or Grab to get basic supplies or get food, especially as a tourist after a busy day. A large reason I had booked the place was the washer and dryer that was available in unit, which worked wonderfully! Manila was part of a 3-destination trip and having these accessible amenities ensured our group would have clean clothes at our next leg of our journey. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the communicative staff, the well-kept unit, and the convenient locale. Would recommend!

Our overnight stay at this Airbnb offered a very comfortable experience, as the unit was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We truly appreciated the exceptional helpfulness of both the housekeeper and the host, who were readily available to assist us. However, a significant drawback was the condition of the pool. It was unfortunately very dirty, which prevented us from enjoying it as much as we had hoped. This was quite disappointing, and we ultimately felt we would have had a better time simply relaxing in the unit. The location, though, is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of major shopping centers like Robinsons Galleria and SM Megamall, as well as the MRT station and various convenience stores.

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

This place is amazing! We stayed here for our 25th anniversary and it was truly unforgettable. The highlight was definitely the surprise setup for my wife. It was such a thoughtful and special touch! Beyond the surprise, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience was just fantastic. My wife and son loved it. Highly recommend for a special occasion – you won't regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay — the place was relaxing with a great view and everything we needed for a comfy staycation. It was clean, well-equipped with the basics, and conveniently close to restaurants and a Lawson for essentials. The pool was also well-maintained, and our kids had a fun time swimming. If there’s anything to improve, it would be the towels.. they weren’t very absorbent. Not a huge issue for us though, since we always pack our own just in case. Overall, a lovely experience. We’d definitely book again!
