Chris is an effective communicator. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was super nice and friendly.

Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

Had a wonderful stay in this Unit. I fell like i stays in a First Class 5 Star Hotel Suite. Host Miss Lala is very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I requested for an early check in and it was approved with no problem at all. I surely come back and recommend this to all.

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The unit feels like home away from home. The owner and staff troubleshoot the faucet problem right away. They are nice to their guests, especially the lobby staff. Thank you for providing us a comfortable shelter during our 4 night stay.

The unit is clean and things are kept in place. We appreciate how the host responsded quickly when we ask for some kitchen essentials and in just a few minutes, a staff was there already and provided what we ask for. Kudos to you mam annalyn, thank you for that mam! Also the bed is spacious and comfortable. We had a well rested night. The location is superb, nearby resto with close by grocery at the ground floor. Would like to stay again in this place once back in the city.

It was really amazing being in this place, is very well located near of so many places of interest, the cleanliness of the places is a perk. The building facilities make way much better your stay. We did stay 1 month in this place and we really felt and treated like home. The view is amazing. The host is always available, accurate, and caring. Im really short words on regards of mg experience here. We will return DEFINITELY!! It is a perfect place for long staying. The bed is comfortable and clean. The apartment configuration is comfortable.

It is in a slightly remote area in Antipolo but still easy to find through Google Maps. The bungalow is ok but could use a little more cleaning. Still had a great time! The place is peaceful and can help you reset :) Kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need. Although there is no signal, Wi-Fi is strong. Bedroom has AC. We didnt expect it would get cold because of some openings on the window but surprisingly, it did its job. Karaoke has a fee of 500.

Evangeline responds reasonably fast. Instructions were clear enough. Place was good. Clean. Blankets and towels were a little thin but good enough. Aircon, wifi, TV, big refrigerator with freezer all worked well. Although there seems to be an issue with the water system of the whole resort. Even my friends who stayed in the hotel complained of rusty water sometimes coming out of the faucets. Also water heating didn’t seem to work in the room. The building the room was in was in the middle of the beach and the clubhouse/restaurants. 5-10 minute walk elither way. The room was one of the most affordable of the choices. Well worth it. All in all a good experience.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

If you are looking for a private place near the beach this is the perfect Location just around 1 min walk. What you see in the photos is Exceeded my expectation when I see yhe House. If I will just recommend one thing is the exhaust fan in the kitchen is not working so it is very hard to cooked but that is only minimal still worth the stay.

We were a group of 11, and the place was perfect for us—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also convenient, just under an hour’s drive from Manila, making it a great getaway spot. We definitely had a great time and would highly recommend this place to others! ❤️

This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with a great view during nightime. There plenty of games to do, and movies to watch.

-Place is extremely clean. -Kitchenware is in great condition. -It's in 2nd floor so it's very accessible. They also have blackout curtains. -Lots of great spots around the area, convenience stores and restaurants are very accessible. -Host communicated well and gave the instructions ahead of time. possible improvements: -add a vanity mirror or a full size one -parking is troublesome and could get expensive if you're staying for a few nights (rates could go as much as $20-30 per night in the surrounding area)

The place is amazing and very clean. Everything is very organized and Mr. Ronaldo is very responsive to every inquiry i had during our stay.

The VIEW, OMG the pictures doesn't do enough justice for it very spacious, clean, AC was enough for the bed room an living room was quiet an peaceful in the building I can't think of anything I disliked about the unit if I'm being honest and I would HIGHLY recommend this unit The 180° VIEW of the city was immaculate just downstairs an around the corner many different shops and restaurants as well so was super nice far enough for the nite life but close enough for it only being a 5min drive if that's what you're looking for Loved this spot

We had a short stay. I wish i booked 2 nights and 3 days. The place is homey, spacious ,clean and super quiet. Sir Darby is accommodating. Responsive and he also recommends place to visit. Thank you for having us stay in your place I will definitely book again. God Bless
