My modern apartment is everything you need on a summer day just to feel like home, with slightly differencies 😉. It can host to 3 people as it has one full bed and one comfy sofa (suitable for one adult), one bathroom and a very nice balcony with a breathtaking sea view. There is also a kitchen equipped with necessary cooking things and also a refrigerator and of course air- conditioner. The room is provided with a TV and also you can use the Wi-Fi that will be at your disposal while your stay.

Newly built front-side apartment with breathtaking sea view. Only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and 20 minutes walk from the old town. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and different shops can be found just a few steps from the house. A bus station is very near the building so you can go to city center or to the ancient city of Butrint (UNESCO world heritage) (15 min drive) The location of the building is in street Butrinti across the beautiful beaches and with easy access by car.
