New clean spacious accommodation, welcoming staff, safe area, good to experience, recommending again. Defenetily will stay again here when we travel through this route.

The place is awesome, located a bit outside the city (Towards North so closer to airport). I liked the location as it was pretty peaceful and private. The stay was good including all amenities. One issue I faced was no exhaust in the bathroom and there was no room freshener as well which made it a bit annoying to use. Rest of the house was clean and spacious.

I had a lovely stay at this homestay—warm hospitality, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. A perfect spot for a relaxing, local experience. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with great connectivity. Almost all major places are walkable. The caretaker was very helpful and the apartment felt like home !

The stay at Nithins place was really great. He was always responsive. The society is really good with lots of amenities as well and a top floor stay at Nithins residence was the cherry on top. One of the bathrooms tap water had a very pungent smell and geyser wasn't working either. And cutleries were all disposable paper plates. Besides these issues, it's a good stay.

Loved the property and Azam is a friendly and polite host. Stayed here for two days and enjoyed it all. I would recommend this place for anyone in and around the Madavara area.

The place was very clean and felt right at home . Every amenities were there, even some basic kitchen ingredients as well . There was work area , and WiFi was high speed , which really helped our work .

Priya’s place was just amazing. Extremely windy and spacious. Totally worth the money… Priya was always reachable and available for any query. The place is very new and squeaky clean. The rooms are sunny and the wind will just blow your mind! The place is just a few minutes away from the hustle bustle yet so very near all the touristy place. All good restaurants are available on swiggy/zomato. Blinkit works too. Will definitely visit the property again.

I and my wife with a infant stayed here for one day. Place matches description and very neat and clean. The care taker ashok is very nice guy he is very helpful and always be there to assist for anything we need. Price is bit more comparing to other stays in Mysuru. I stayed similar stays in mysuru for almost half of the price i payed for this. May be its worth if we have more than 2 persons or staying with at least 2 families.
