The house was very spacious and clean, with each room having its own bathroom, which was super convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing trip. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Although it is very noisy at night due to the location of the property being on the main road, I felt at home. Dr. Chaz was very responsive. It was my first time getting an Air BNB but Dr. Chaz was very patient in answering all my questions and guiding me on how to use certain things. Would do it again!

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

Tiffany was busy with work during our stay so her Husband Andy helped us out and he was great with communication throughout the stay. Gave check in information the morning of and was quick to answer any questions we had. House was beautiful and would be happy to stay again if ever in the area again. Anyone staying at the house should have a fantastic time.

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Mark was a wonderful host. He was easy to contact and replied very quickly. The house was beautiful and well equipped. The property was only a .50 mile from our granddaughter’s home. The heated pool was great entertainment for our great grandkids and they loved staying over and sleeping in the bunk beds. We are looking forward to returning.

We had an excellent stay at Zoey’s home in LA. The place was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed, with plenty of things to keep everyone entertained. The location made it easy to explore the city, and the spacious layout was perfect for our group to relax and enjoy. Zoey was a responsive host, and the self check-in made arriving hassle-free.
