It is a new building, all the white goods and the bedroom are in a new condition. Pool view. There are 8 residences in the building. It is a calm site that is not crowded. There is a barbecue in the garden and there are 4 cushioned sun loungers. Very suitable for the alias. Identification details must be submitted to the gendarmerie and police.

About 700 - 1200 meters to the deserted beach, fully equipped (from the end of May till the end of October) with tents, sunbeds and transportation (all - free for you). Parking lot under security control. Huge swimming pool (size 800 sq.m.) + kids pool. Tennis courts. Playground. Please note: village isolated from civilization, there are no public transportation to the shops except taxi. Absolutely quiet and peaceful place!

We really enjoyed our stay ay Ferhats place! First of all the hosts were really friendly, flexible and relaxed! The house was cute and tidy direct at the river front! The AC was great and the bed was very comfy. We booked rafting through them and enjoyed that a lot! In general there is a lot to do around the place. You can walk to the roman bridge, swim in the river and jump from the cliffs. Its a very relaxing place! The only thing was the sound proofing of the houses, the whole night someone was walking up and down the stairs and it felt like people were coming into our room. Also the lunch portions after rafting could be a bit more generous. Other than that was a really great experience!

When we entered the house, it was clean and smelled of perfume, the beds and sheets were clean and tidy enough. Communication with Metin was easy, he gave quick answers, and he was very helpful in finding the house. The location of the house is very close to the bazaar, you can easily reach the markets and restaurants that you want to walk to, I had no idea how close it was to the beach because we went to other beaches by car. Metin's house has all the facilities to cook, our only problem is that when we come home in the evening, the Karafatma people were celebrating among themselves:) Metin brother, if you solve that problem, the house is great... And it said the pool check-in and check-out times, but the pool wasn't open yet

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The amenities mentioned were exactly there. The house was extremely clean. The toilet can be entered barefoot everywhere, including the bathroom. There was toilet paper and soap available. The bed and armchairs were comfortable. We didn't hear any noise in the house or in the neighborhood. We didn't run into people who could feel unsafe in the neighborhood. The showers have a little low pressure but it was no problem. The host also seems nice and decent.
