Tatilimizi gayet güzel ve rahat bir şekilde geçirdik. Eğer siz de konforlu ve huzurlu bir yer arıyorsanız, burası sizin için uygun olabilir. Havuz yeterli büyüklükteydi ve oldukça temizdi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konum olarak harika bir yerde; plaja ve gezilecek tarihi yerlere çok uzak değil. Evin temizliği de gayet iyiydi. Gelecek yaz tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Ailecek çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Buradan tekrar teşekkür ediyorum ve burayı size de gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Great villa. Perfect for our group of 9, one being a 2 year old. Cuneyt’s father was available and assisted us whenever needed. The pool was clean and ready for us to be used. The villa is in a great location with a mosque less than a minute walk. Private parking also available with an electric gate. We had our own vehicle which made it easier to travel. Really recommend the villa!

Отличный дом на семью, туалет с душем на каждом этаже. Мы брали в аренду машину, без неё ходить на пляж или магазин далековато, особенно по жаре. Ближайший общественный пляж очень хороший, ухоженный. Вопрос, очищается ли бассейн хлоркой, остался открытым. Посудомоечная машинка не работает. Мула поёт 5-6 раз в день, а мечеть находится совсем рядом. Так что будьте готовы к громкому пению в 3, 4 или 5 утра.

The hospitality we received from this host, who treated us more like visiting family than a guest, was amazing! Oscan did everything and more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! The apartment is relatively new and as such, has modern furniture and appliances. It is in a quiet residential area with lush gardens, a bbq, gazebo and well equipped kitchen. It also has a nice pool but sadly we arrived too early for it to be in service. It has two full balconies, one on the main and one upstairs which we really enjoyed for morning coffees or evening wine. It is not within walking distance to the beach but not to worry…if you don’t have a car there is free transport to a beautiful beach club where you can spend the day and even be driven home again! This spacious apartment would be ideal for two couples or a family, as it has two full bathrooms with showers, as well as a half bathroom. Very near to supermarkets and restaurants, Oscan’s place was a welcome oasis for our visit to Side!

Tolle Lage, das Meer war innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lovely stay in a very beautiful location with lots of wildlife and nature for the children to explore. All the staff and residents were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described and Burcu was very responsive with any messages during the stay. Only downside was it was difficult to get taxis from the site. The security were very helpful and gave us lifts when needed, Not a complaint but just so people are aware. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home

Eine geräumige Unterkunft für 6 Personen finden wir sonst kaum mit diesen Möglichkeiten, vorallem der Pool war toll, nicht nur für die Kinder. 10 Tage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, fair, korrekt und sehr zu empfehlen. Arif bey - teṣekkür ederiz! Ṣükrü beye ve Karadenize selamlar!

Can Bey çok ilgiliydi. Giriş ve çıkış saatlerimizde esneklik sundu ve ayrıca sürekli ulaşılabilir durumdaydı. Konakladığım yer ise anlatıldığı ve görsellerdeki gibiydi. Çok teşekkürler.

Her şey fotoğraflarda gördüğüm gibiydi, ben koca evde tek kalmak durumundaydım iş için gitmiştim sürekli evde vakit geçiremedim. Ama ev sahibi yakında oturuyor ve ulaşılması kolay. Sadece ilk girişte belirtilen numaralardan birine ulaşamamıştım zaman kaybetmek istemezseniz ikisini de aynı anda arayın😇

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Unterkunft und es war einfach super sehr entspannt gemütlich und ruhig. Was ich zu Baris und Sibel sagen kann ihr werdet auf jeden Fall neue Freunde finden die beiden sind so etwas von freundlich und zuvorkommend das habe ich selten erlebt ich kann nur sagen ich habe neue freunde gefunden. Ich kann jeder Familie diese Unterkunft empfehlen und ans Herz legen ihr werdet super glücklich und zufrieden sein. Und wenn ihr keine große Familie seid dann haben die beiden auch noch andere Unterkünfte für euch parat. Danke für die schöne Zeit wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder . LG

Eine wundervolle Villa mit privatem Pool. Super zustand und lädt einfach nur dazu ein länger zu bleiben. Emrah ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser check-in lief einwandfrei sowie auch die Kommunikation. Wir kommen sicher und sehr gerne wieder.

Servet bey is a very caring host. In the house you can find detailed instructions regarding household issues and advice on where to go and what to do. The house is cozy, with soul and history, you feel at home in it. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is a large terrace. Each room has a separate bathroom, air conditioning, balcony and panoramic sea views. The residential complex is surrounded by greenery and fruit trees. Just minutes to the beach. The beach is sandy, the water is warm and clean. It gets deeper in a gradual slope. The beach is private and used only by the residents of the complex. There is a market, a travel agency, a walking path, a doctor and a pharmacy around. The area is very beautiful. We visited a cave, canyons, ancient ruins, walked around the bazaar. This holiday pumped us up with wonderful impressions. It was very entertaining and the time flew by fast, but we brought the most vivid and warm memories with us. Thanks to Servet Bey and his hospitable home!

We stayed at Meltem’s place for 10 days with many of our family members. It has three full bedrooms and a spacious living and dinning area with a private pool outside. It was more spacious than how it looks on the photos. The surrounding of the house is quiet and felt safe. The host was responsive and the communication was effective. The place runs more like a vacation house rental and not like a typical Airbnb in the U.S. in that we had to buy most of the consumables and supplies by ourselves. That was fine by us as we had a car and went to a grocery store quite often anyways (MMM Migros in Side/Manavgat on D400 is very good). Someone commented on the internet, but the speed was ok, during the day it was 16 down/4 up mbps, it does get slower in the evening. Overall, it’s a great place to stay! We enjoyed the area in addition to Antalya and Alanya, all easily drivable from the place. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 7 looking for somewhere to stay for less than 24 hours between checking out of our hotel and the flight home. I wish we had had time to stay longer at this lovely villa. Gokhan was extremely receptive and communicated well with us to ensure that we were able to maximise the limited time available to us. He arranged an early check-in and met us at the villa to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa was as described and the facilities included everything we needed. Gokhan made a potentially tedious day without any facilities feel like a proper final day of our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending Gokhan and any of his properties to potential travellers to this part of Turkey.
