Vacation rentals with beach access in Manatí

Tuvimos una estadía muy bonita en la casa de William e Ivelisse. Excelentes vistas de las montañas y vista del mar. Fue tremendo ver el amanecer y atardeceres desde el balcón y/o habitación. El lugar es muy cómodo, tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasarla bien, más tiene lavadora y secadora. Ellos fueron atentos y respondieron cada vez que teníamos una pregunta. Lugar recomendado 100%. Volveremos allí para las próximas vacaciones. Mi esposo y yo quedamos muy complacidos.

Location easy to find very clean with all the essentials that are needed.with beach near by.

Loved the pl, quiet at night, tranquility at all times and the beauty of it ALL. Loved having meals & drinks in the courtyard, with music already playing in the background, Coquis, then walking to the beach with drinks on hand and listening to the waves under full moon. Weekend rests open, and locals are out selling crafts and food, but mon-th drive elsewhere for food or cook. My husband enjoyed several beaches within 40 mins distance E or W from our cozy apt. John and beautiful wife very accommodating, prompt with our req and made us feel at home as Familia. We are definitely coming back. Gracias John por resolver el cuarto y hacernos bien comodos. Anna was a friendly and very responsive and helpful host. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you, I hope we’ll be back!

The location was quiet, safe and serene. Condo itself is a typical rental flip, but comfortable and has all the cooking amenities needed. A few more wash cloths would be nice in the bathrooms and trash cans with lids in the bathrooms since you can’t flush TP. Beach- beautiful to hang at and look in tide pools. But the rocks make it difficult to swim in. Every person we met was incredibly friendly! Not much going on restaurant wise, but perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, serene getaway!

Experiment your own We are pet lovers and are on the moment guests. With no time to lose, we do research and choose for a good place to rest, always looking that is has the essentials that we need and no more. We got there and were greeted by the host, instructions were given, we refreshed ourselves, went to eat, came back and layed down to see movies, rest. Next day everything was good and we got ready for check out and there was the host again to give us breakfast recommendations. Thanks for the hospitality! We left personal belongings behind and they kindly will store them til we be back for them.

John, and his wife were very welcoming. They told us about all the nearby attractions, and restaurants most wiithin walking distance. They made sure we were comfortable. The bungalow was absolutely breathtaking. The view from our bungalow was magical. My partner, and I woke up early to enjoy the morning walks along the black sand. We had dinner by the beach, and watched the sunset. The shower is like no other. We had the neighborhood dog come by to say hello. She was very friendly. We also had two neighborhood cats come by. All very clean, and sweet. While sitting in the patio we saw a beautiful crane walking by us. The sounds of the tree frogs, (coquis) and ocean waves were very relaxing. Over all it was a fantastic experience.

Esta propiedad hubicada en las Gardenias en Manati esta en una area muy callada cerca de las tiendas , restaurantes y un casino. La propiedad esta equipada con dos cuartos y tres camas, un baño, cocina, comedor y sala con television y aire condicionado en los dos cuartos. Se las recomiendo mi estadia fue excellente .

Perfectly described on website. We particularly enjoyed having two bathrooms for all four of us. We stayed on the first floor and had access to a nice patio area outside the residence. Very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen should you decide to cook meals. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great to utilize for the two-minute walk to the beach. Great, central location in Puerto Rico to visit an abundance of sites. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jaileen!

My family of 5 stayed here and had plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided, including Aloe Vera when my wife got burnt from the sun haha. The place was clean and provided privacy for us. There was plenty of stores and restaurants nearby plus the beach was a short drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staying at Edwin’s place was a great experience! The home was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Communication with Edwin was smooth and easy, and the location was convenient and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid stay.

this was a great experience for our family. the location is great as it's right on the beach and just 40 minutes from San Juan. having now driven around the area a lot I do enjoy vega Baja where the house is more than surrounding areas. great local beach is close as well. the house is clean and comfortable. great kitchen for cooking. good Internet I worked a couple days. and amazing AC if you need it. just like the pictures show

Our stay was amazing—nothing beats stepping out onto the back deck and being right at the ocean’s edge. Hearing the waves throughout the day made for an incredibly relaxing experience. The space was very roomy and well-equipped; we had everything we needed to cook a meal at home. The double shower heads in the bathroom were a great touch

Great listing and just like the pictures. Literally 2 min from the beach and can see the views from the home! Comfy stay, rainforest shower head, everything updated! The locals are even better! About 30-45 min out from San Juan but perfect if you want more relaxing and cultural stay vs in the city stay. Would 100% book again :)))

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. Beautiful place to visit with your family or friends very friendly neighbors and very peaceful., love to visit again

Stayed for 8 days, May 25, 2025-June 3, 2025. Fam of 5 plus a dog. As far as the host, him and his wife were so helpful and responsive, even stopped by to say hello and brought us pastries and delicious local bread. The view was beautiful and the place was vey peaceful and calm. This is a place to have a quiet vacation. A car is a must, everything is driving distance, supermarket, Walmart, restaurants and gas station. San Jan was 25-45 min away depending on traffic or rain. As far as the condo, we had plenty of towels for 8 days for 5 adults, beach chairs, cooler, all was just as described. In all we loved the place, super responsive host and condo was accurately described. Thank you Andres and wife, we had a great time!

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

The place was amazing and beautiful. Felt homey and comfortable. Checking in and out was smooth with no problems. There was a small leak in the bedroom but was very quick in response and had someone to come fix it right away. Supermarket was close by, and beach was in walking distance with a beautiful view. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

This was the first time staying at an Airbnb, and it was well worth it. The location was great, the apartment looked just like the pictures, and Margarita was very attentive, helpful, and responsive to our needs. I am very pleased with our stay at this beautiful apartment.
