Beautiful apartment of about 30 m2, new, modern, cozy, fully equipped and quiet. A really large bedroom. The coffee machine is a Senseo; please bring your own capsules. Not adjoining and private entrance. ( lockbox) You can park easily and for free on the street. Close to bus lines. 10 minutes' drive from Nancy's historic center. 200 m from the banks of Meurthe for your walks. The sofa bed is suitable for a child, but will be a little small for an adult .

On the heights of Malzéville, on the ground floor of our house, two-room apartment with an independent entrance consisting of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with shower, a laundry room and a toilet. Large covered terrace. Quiet neighborhood, easy street parking. Close to Place Stanislas (5-7 minute drive).
