This beautiful, large apartment is located on the 1st floor of the main house on the farm Hell Nordre. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and three living rooms in a row. There is plenty of space and high ceilings throughout the apartment. The place is located near the grocery store, airport and train station, and only 4 km from Stjørdal city center. Here you live close to shopping, climbing park, hiking areas, salmon fishing, etc. The apartment has a separate entrance, and a large sunny garden. Free parking is available in the courtyard. Welcome to Skogrand, which my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summer house in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with a large plot and garden surrounded by woods and land but also right on the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.
