Whether you come alone or with your family, Bolkaunet will be a perfect place to stay. We have horses and cats on the farm that you are of course allowed to greet🐴🐈‍⬛ The chances of seeing wild animals are also great. Here, moose, deer and foxes live right outside the front door. Welcome to Skogrand, which my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summer house in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with a large plot and garden surrounded by woods and land but also right on the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.
