Apartment vacation rentals in Malvarrosa beach

This is the 2nd property of Loly’s we booked in a span of 2 weeks and it is exactly as described in the listing. The home is in very close proximity (5min walk) to the beach, fitness center, bus stops, super market and many nice cafés/restaurants along the beach. The apartment on the 3rd floor is stunning and spacious with a beautiful balcony and having views of the ocean from different rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for a group staying for a longer duration as well. Host, Loly is very prompt with her communication, helpful and provides good guidance. And a special mention to her local friend Lara who was super helpful and prompt with sightseeing and restaurant selections

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

Loved the location of here! Was awesome to be in the city centre but out of the loud, noisy part of the city. It was about a 15 minute walk to the historic centre where we spent a lot of our time. The place was beautiful & exactly as described! It even had complimentary bottle of wine, beer, water, milk etc for us. The French press was great to use in the mornings! We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Lovely flat - well appointed and comfortable. Maria was a lovely host who had good recommendations and thoughtful commendations. We would stay again if in the area.

The accommodation was well located and a few meters from the beach, although my stay was short, I felt at home 100% recommended

Very nice and helpful host. Accommodation nicely designed. Everything necessary available. Ground floor "apartment." Parking is free on the street. Not far from the beach. The area is also ok. I'd love to come back. Had nothing to complain about.

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! The studio's location, facilities, and hygiene were exactly as pictured. JuanAn was a great host, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations.

Great little apartment, within a few minutes walk of the beach and restaurants. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. Lovely touches like dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent available to use, as well as basic things needed for cooking (eg salt, pepper and oil).

great stay and ideal for the Ironman. comfortable apartment with good aircon. The outside area was a pleasant benefit and used a lot. Beach 5 mins walk and good food nearby. would stay again. thanks carlos

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

The building and the apartment are truly beautiful, in Spanish style, antique and very elegant; in the central area and in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Valencia; easy to reach by metro or bus (no need to spend money on a taxi); it allowed us to leave our suitcases before check-in and then it has a place to leave them at check-out. We always moved on foot because everything is close, the streets are very beautiful to walk along, full of shops and clubs; the city and the neighborhood are very safe even in the evening. What can I say, super recommended; the price is definitely cheap for what it offers (there are even 2 bathrooms, wonderful!!!)

Beautiful flat with an amazing view! The communication with the hosts was very easy and they were flexible with my late check in and check out time. The area is very beautiful, with some nice cafes and restaurants around. Will definitely book again when I’m back in Valencia ✨ Gracias Ester & Xavi

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Fabio was incredible, he met us at the apartment, showed us all of the local sights and sent us a big list of recommendations. Apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-kept Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is wonderful - presented immaculately clean, very well fitted out & furnished, it feels like a home not a rented apartment, & the generous roof terrace makes it fantastic - sitting out until late in the evening looking over the rooftops with the sound of the city in the background is a delight - the bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning was super! The location is excellent - just a short easy walk into the centre of Valencia's old town, also with a good sized supermarket just down the road for supplies, and lots of cafes/restaurants/bars all around the area. One of the highlights for us was our host Susanna - she was so friendly, kind and approachable, and clearly genuinely cared that we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves - whenever we messaged she always replied quickly and was very helpful. We had a lovely stay and will look forward to going back…and would we recommend it?…absolutely without question! 5 stars are not sufficient - well done Susanna & Sam!

Iryna's accommodation is spectacular, it matches all the photos and the description. We were 12 people filling the maximum capacity of the accommodation and we were super comfortable. I would highlight the quality, the Spa and Jacuzzi. The Sauna area is a gem of accommodation. Intimate as it is inside and with lots of light. In addition, I was able to postpone the check-out by two hours. A 10 for the accommodation.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
