Loved staying at Luis’s place near playa Carmen! Apartment has everything you need whether you’re visiting for a few days or months. Luis was super responsive and friendly, I recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Luis’s home. The apartment is part of a hotel so you get the benefit of a larger space, equipped with a fridge and stove, but the amenities of a hotel (lovely pool, reception for questions, fresh/cold water and ice). The breakfast included each morning was wonderful! And I can’t say enough about the location - you can see the ocean from the living room and it is walking distance to great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay again!

Realmente recomendable! La pasamos increíble. Nos encantó hospedarnos con Johanna porque además de ser súper amable, mostraba mucha tranquilidad y flexibilidad. La piscina es de uso libre (sin horarios ni restricciones) lo cual suma muchísimos puntos, y la habitación es igual a las fotos! Definitivamente vamos a volver, muchas gracias Johanna por hacer que nuestra estadía se sienta como estar en casa!!!!

Nos sentimos como en casa, el departamento es precioso al igual que la zona de piscina. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables; respondieron a todas nuestras consultas e incluso nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones sobre la zona. El único aspecto desfavorable es que al estar sobre una calle muy transitada el ruido puede ser un poco molesto.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unlike many places in Santa Teresa that require a 4x4 vehicle, this home is easily accessible with any car. It's located right on the Main Street that leads to the center of town, making it easy to find. Arrival and check-in were also smooth. Since we rented an ATV, getting around the area was a breeze. The kitchen is adequately equipped for preparing meals for two people. Surrounded by forest, the building offers a tranquil setting, and the pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. Overall, it was a great find!

Casa Dona Luisa is a beautiful gem with a semiprivate beach out its front door. It's located just far enough outside of Santa Teresa to be quiet but still centrally located to all the great activities. Maykol was a wealth of knowledge and beyond helpful in assisting always with any vacation questions we had. I'd stay here again if we make it back to the Nicoya Peninsula.

We had the best time at Richards place, and loved the location being right next to Rocobar to grab a bite to eat. The beach is amazing, we would definitely book again.

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. It has been the best airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures . Great location close to everything you need beach, restaurants, stores etc . The hosts are also so helpful and kind . Great people and great place to stay in 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a memorable experience in Santa Teresa ❤️🙂

This house is an absolute gem 💎 Incredible quiet location. You are surrounded by nature and incredible trees. It felt like we were living with the monkeys. The architecture of the house is very modern. Very well equipped. We made good use of the binoculars to spot the monkeys, toucans iguanas and birds in the morning. The pool and its surroundings are stunning.. personally my favourite thing about the house. And so many pretty flowers everywhere! We were all very sad to leave but will definitely come back next year! Thank you for everything.

An exceptional experience! A stunning villa with outstanding architectural design – every detail has been carefully thought out. The combination of total peace, ocean views, and lush jungle surroundings creates a private paradise. The villa is fully equipped, spacious, and beautifully designed – from the kitchen to the outdoor lounge areas, everything is perfect. The service was incredible – warm, responsive, and professional. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing – thorough, kind, and attentive. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

מקום מעולה! המיקום מושלם, הבית היה חדש ונקי ואפילו ניקו לנו והחליפו מגבות ומצעים לאחר יומיים. מתן הוא המארח הכי טוב שנתקלתי בו- נתן מענה לכל בעיה הכי מהר שאפשר, היה זמין ונחמד ונתן לנו המלצות מעולות. ממליצה ממש על הדירה וגם על מתן המארח! תודה רבה לך

What a great place Carlyn has. Completely private location just 30 seconds walk from the seafront. The house and gardens are beautiful and the pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The house is 2 min drive from the busier Santa Teresa and all the restaurants amenities you'll ever need. The housekeeper Ginny is super nice and helpful and was included in the price. I'd recommend this 100% to anyone. 5 stars!

Le logement est très joli et bien situé. Marisa est incroyable! Elle a même ajouté du mobilier avant notre arrivée pour nous accommoder afin qu’on puisse prendre des repas à 4 autour d’une table dehors comme en-dedans. Super bien décoré. Végétation nous faisant sentir bien. Très bien isolé à l’intérieur pour ne pas entendre les quads qui passent sur la rue principale. Nous avons adoré!

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, todo funciona perfectamente. 4 ventiladores ultra silenciosos en cada habitación y en el balcón, aire acondicionado en el dormitorio que no usamos. Vajilla e implementos de cocina limpios y nuevos, plantilla de inducción eléctrica como estufa, horno electrico en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Colchón y cama confortables con mesas de noche (falta una lámapra en una de ellas). Televisión con cable con el contendio medio de las cableras de la zona. Excelente servicio de internet de Kölbi. Baño, inodoro y ducha en perfectas condiciones con buen sistema de calentamiento de agua. Medianmente bien amueblado.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

The condo was beautiful, and you can't beat the view. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The pool was really nice as well. You can't really walk to town safely because there is no sidewalk and it's a busy main road. Adults should be able to during the day I guess, we never attempted it. You can walk to town via the beach, the walk to the beach is easy. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !
